Loyalty and Referral Rewards

XBLCards.com provides customers with two different ways to earn rewards, which can be turned into discount dollars when placing an order.

Before rewards can be used they need to validated and awarded. Rewards are validated when the customer's payment has been completed, and are awarded once the customer's order has been shipped. Rewards will be removed from the customer's account when an order is canceled. The removed rewards will be the equivalent of the rewards initially awarded to the order, which is being canceled.

The Loyalty and Referral rewards cannot be cashed out. The Loyalty and Referral rewards cannot be transferred between accounts. They can only be used when shopping on XBLCards.com.

Loyalty Points

Loyalty points are awarded when ordering products from XBLCards.com. For every $10 dollars spent the customer will receive 1 reward point. Each reward point can be used to receive a $0.25 discount, when placing an order.

Referral Program

The referral program allows existing customers to refer new customers to XBLCards.com and earn discount dollars toward their next order. For every new customer, who places a successful order, one discount dollar will be added to the existing customer’s account.
