Product Ordering

All sales of Xbox Live Membership and or Points cards and or electronically distributed activation numbers are final. Unless, the order is canceled prior to shipping or electronic notification of activation number.

Rewards and discount vouchers can only be applied in the shopping cart prior to completing the check out process. Rewards are non-transferable.

XBLCards.com does not provide add-on or extended product warranty. Limited warranty is provided by the product manufacturer, where applicable. For extended warranty please consult the product manufacturer.

Product Returns

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting XBLCards.com Customer Support.

Item returns or replacements will be accepted only within 60 of the invoice date, NOT the date an RMA was issued. The mere issuance of an RMA does NOT constitute a return. XBLCards.com must received the RMA item. Restocking fee of $10 will be applied.

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:

  • Microsoft Xbox Live cards or electronically issued activation codes.
  • Any product not purchased from XBLCards.com.
  • Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage.
  • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.

Fraudulent Activity

Fraudulent transactions, attempts to defraud XBLCards.com, or use of stolen payment credentials will be reported to local and Federal authorities along with all available activity records and logs. All pending orders will be canceled and the customer’s account, including all potentially related account, will be disabled.

Malicious Conduct

Attempts to: game the XBLCards.com shopping system; misuse or cheat the loyalty and or referral programs; violate other XBLCards.com customer privacy - are NOT allowed. The offending customer’s account, and any potentially related accounts, will be either limited in its/their functionality or completely disabled.
